The garden residence was not great! it felt dark and was close to a fake creek with many mosquitos. the furniture was old and the closet was open without doors. also, there were two steps inside the room creating a tripping hazard. The room was noisy and i could hear guests from all sides. the entrance door rattled and the ac was loud

The hotel had excellent staff, always greeting guests with warm smiles and prompt service. I particularly appreciated the daily breakfast served until 6 PM. It allowed for a relaxed morning. The pool was expansive with clear water, perfect for a refreshing swim. My room included a large comfortable bed and a powerful rainfall shower. The location was perfect, mere steps from the beautiful beach.

The only slight issue was the gymwith limited equipment compared to other facilities.

The staff ensured every need was met with speed and care. Their attentiveness created a special experience. Everyone was naturally taking responsibility in making every guest experience really good, demonstrating dedication.
